Please join us on, January 20th, 2027, for our WVHTA Legislative Reception on Tourism Day at the Capitol in Charleston. The reception will will begin at 5:00 p.m. in the Culture Center. Please be sure to register for this wonderful networking event that will feature excellent food and beverages from across the state.
If you are a restaurant, hotel, resort, brewery, or food purveyor we would love to have you participate in the reception to showcase your business's specialties. This is a great opportunity to market your food and beverages to lawmakers, key tourism professionals, and local businesses. Please review page two of the registration form to include your best dishes, appetizers, small plates, or beverages! Space is limited.
Please complete either the general or food/beverage portion of the form and return it to no later than January 15, 2027 to confirm your attendance. Please be sure to return a copy of this form for EACH person who plans to attend from your organization.
