Conference guests

Conference guests attending meals or receptions must be registered and paid in full prior to arrival.

No registration refunds will be issued after March 5, 2026. WVHTA reserves the right to make changes to conference agenda and speakers as conditions dictate. If the conference is cancelled, liability is limited to the refund of the registration.

Request the Hospitality University Room Block Room Reservation. Cut-off is February 20, 2026.
Conference Room Rate: Starting at $209.00 per night plus taxes and fees.
